Bella is 18 and is from New Zealand. She started dancing at the age of 4 and grew up with dance styles such Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary and Hip Hop. She started her training in Sydney within the 2 and half years of living there and continued her training in Singapore at the age of 6.
Beverly is a sophomore student at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and hails from Singapore. This is her second Crossings performance
Bryan is a freshman student at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and hails from Colombia. This is his Crossings debut.
Born and raised in Ipoh, Malaysia, Carmen fell in love with dancing at the tender age of 4 and has never stopped since then. She is currently pursuing her Diploma in Dance at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) in Singapore, training extensively in Classical Ballet and Contemporary dance forms. She also discovered her love for singing and acting while getting involved with different dance and theatre productions.
Charlene has won several awards in dance competitions such as CSTD. During her time in NAFA, she has performed in Esplanade Da:ns Festival - The Third Space (2016) and The Next Generation (2017). After her graduation this year from NAFA she hopes to pursue a profession career in dance.

Yeo Shu Yi (Cheyenne)
was born in Malaysia. She is an athlete and a dancer. She won gold medals in long jump, bowling , taekwondo. She began her ballet training under the tutelage of Tan Siow Siew ballet school and has performed various productions. Before furthering her education in Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) she worked at Turning Point Dance Academy.
Chinee is a sophomore student at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and hails from Singapore. This is her second Crossings performance
Ding Cheng, also known as DC to his friends and teachers started dancing at the age of 15 with k-pop and hip hop. At 20, he entered NAFA and received formal ballet and contemporary training. He has been working hard to improve his craft ever since."I might not be the best dancer/performer out there, but I certainly have the passion to be one!"

Eurie is currently a sophomore. Originally from Philippines, she studied at the Philippine High School for the Arts as a full scholar and graduated as an Outstanding Student Artist Awardee. Apart from dancing, she is also multidisciplinary and enjoys singing, drawing and playing various instruments as her hobbies.
Huey Li is a freshman student at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and hails from Singapore. This is her Crossings debut.
Jash started contemporary dance under Mr Dan Kwoh in Serangoon Junior College He is currently in Dteam and Krump, under Michelle in Roar City Ground. He came to Nafa to pursue his dream of becoming a dancer and choreographer to give glory to God.
Jing is from Singapore. Since starting Chinese Dance at the age of 7, she discovered her calling in dance. Her ever-growing passion and curiosity led her to pursue dance at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), where she received the opportunity to go to New York for a semester at SUNY Purchase. Currently in her last term, Xue Jing is eager to share her craft with the world. She is grateful for her teachers, family and friends who have been supportive of her.

Xiao Yu is a freshman at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and hails from China. This is her Crossings debut
Klievert is a graduating student at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and hails from the Philippines. This is his final Crossings performance.
Alvin started dancing hip hop at the age of 25. He later developed an interest in contemporary and ballet. He decided to pursue dance as a career and is currently a year 2 student at NAFA. He has worked with local and international choreographers John Mead, Billy Chang and Will Johnson. He believes that dance translates the intangible in the heart and hopes to use dance as a way to inspire and reconnect with people
Mingke hails from Beijing, China. She was formerly a student with the China East Song and Dance Company where she learned Chinese dance, Asian dance and Ballet, alongside performances with the company. She performed for Third Space Esplanade Dance Festival 2016, Crossings 2017 and Dancers at Work 2017. This is her final and graduating performance for Crossings.
Formally trained at Singapore Ballet Academy and School of The Arts, Natalie is currently a third year student majoring in Dance (Diploma) at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), and has studied at SUNY Purchase on an exchange programme in Fall 2017. She has performed in various productions held by SOTA, SBA as well as NAFA.
Sai is a graduating student at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and hails from Singapore. This is his final Crossings performance.
At 21, Sammi has been dancing since she was 8, starting with tap, and jazz at age 14. She has also been in competitions such as Get The Beat and CSTD. She then developed a greater passion for dancing at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore. She is excited to be graduating in May 2018.
Stephanie developed an interest in dance at the age of 7. She is pursuing her final year of studies at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Dance Program (NAFA) where she developed an interest in modern dance and choreography. Stephanie also took a liking in interdisciplinary collaborations and projects.
Wong Ting Wei hails from Singapore and is currently a dance student at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). She started ballet when she was 4 and her contemporary dance training commenced when she was 13. She enjoys the thrill of performing and loves to play emotional roles because of the challenge to accurately portray the character.

Wenwen is originally a rhythmic gymnast from the national team of China. After retiring from RG, she joined the Nanyang academy of fine art dance program. During three years of studying at NAFA she has performed for the Singapore dance festival, “Crossings” at NAFA, the 8th ASEAN paragames opening ceremony and the World Dance Alliance in Korea etc.

Saxophonist. Jay Ong (b. 1995, Singapore), is a freelance composer, arranger and performer. He is the resident composer for the Xin Saxophone Quartet, one of Singapore’s leading professional classical saxophone quartets, and Co-Founder of The Rooftop Collective, an interdisciplinary collective interested in exploring the potential dialogue between different art forms.
